1. Plain Eye - sorry for the messy unplucked brows :p

2. Apply you’re primer, bb cream and foundation all over your face :)

3. you may choose to use an eyeshadow base such as : urban decay or twofaced eye shadow primer to brighten and help the eyeshadow stick longer on your lids. In this tutorial, i did not use any eyeshadow primer but i used NYX JUMBO EYE SHADOW PENCIL in BLACKBEAN as my eyeshadow base :

it is necessary to apply a really dark black eyeshadow as a base so that the blue eyeshadow would show vibrantly.

4. Then place a small amount of water in any container and dip your brush and let the excess water drip before applying it on the eyeshadow.

I mixed two of these colors:

5. Carefully dab it onto your eyelids, slowly but surely. haha. you may use any tape as your guide and put it beside your eyes to create a fabolous winged effect :)

6. Don’t forget to blend the edges to prevent it from looking tacky. you may also apply the blue eyeshadow under your eyes, and some gel liner and mascara to carefully outline your eyes and make it pop. ( i forgot to take pictures after putting on eyeliner. haha. )

7. and Voila!! - sorry for the large scary pic :)

don’t forget to apply a nude or pink shade lipstick. i used NYX ROUND LIPSTICK in FIG . don’t use any loud color lipstick such as dark red or hot pink.

Then apply a peach/pinky shade of blush. just don’t  use too much product, or else you’ll look like a circus clown. haha. :)

NOW YOU’RE READY TO GO OUT AND PARTY! haha <3
